Gazpromneft-Snabzhenie and the Skolkovo Foundation entered into a partnership agreement

Gazpromneft-Snabzhenie and the Skolkovo Foundation entered into a partnership agreement during the Startup Village Conference on June 1, 2018. The document was signed by Dmitry Potapov, Director General of Gazpromneft-Snabzhenie and Oleg Dubnov, Executive Director of the Cluster of Energy Efficiency Technologies of the Skolkovo Foundation.

According to the agreement, Gazpromneft-Snabzhenie will set up a Partnership Center on the territory of Skolkovo. The main goal of the Partnership Center will be search for innovative solutions in production processes of warehouse and transport logistics. The key selected projects are: creating a comprehensive system for recording statuses of materials and equipment with use of blockchain technology and the concepts of the Internet of Things for transporting cargoes, introducing unmanned drones for monitoring the state of winter roads and delivery of cargoes to fields, applying exoskeletons at commercial and transportation facilities, and creating integrated supply strategies.

We will be introducing cutting-edge commercial projects in a number of areas, and that will help optimize logistical processes and improve the level of industrial safety. Oleg Dubnov, Executive Director of the Cluster of Energy-Efficient Technologies, Skolkovo Foundation: “Gazpromneft-Snabzhenie will become one of our anchor partners in the search for and introduction of innovative solutions in logistics. We have more than 100 companies working with us in this area. A dialog has been already started in a number of areas. These are exoskeletons, robotized complexes, geotags and various kinds of software. Hopefully, we will soon see the first success stories of our cooperation and introduce new technologies at the company’s facilities.”
